I don't think age is really the main factor. At the end of the day, you won't be a minor forever. This tells a lot about your subconscious reaction to erotic/pornographic art. There's no right or wrong way IMO. To each their own.

The P-Bot awards are not "given" by anybody. They winners are chosen automatically based on the numerical audience's average score.

We (plural - a collective entity) can do something about it. As I said, the score is a weighted average of ratings voted by us, the users, the audience. You can be the change you want to make and 0-bomb NSFW submissions. But then again, why? You're not the intended target, are you? I mean, you can walk into a gay club and brag about being straight. Although, that'd be fucking lame.

I guess it's just because it's content not aimed at you, possibly not at anyone you know either, so it might be kind of infuriating that there's a vast majority of individuals you don't resonate with in a space you feel comfortable in.

Kind of a justified feeling considering all that, you'll eventually shrug it off and enjoy the times this isn't happening rather than be disgusted/sad/angry when it does.

If it's well made but A rated why should it be blammed though? Just leave it be and don't interact with it. And like others said you shouldn't be seeing it if you put your age to your account

The reason I put “A rated submissions making a daily feature ” was because there was one animation that was misrated that was given a daily feature and then later re-rated to be A.

it doesn’t really matter if it’s well made or not. It makes me uncomfortable. Besides, one 0 star rating wont hurt an entire project. But you’ve gotta put it in my shoes because you’re an adult and I’m a minor. My point is that why would I rate highly something that makes me uncomfortable? Why would I like something that makes me uncomfortable?

My point is that maybe you shouldn't watch and interact with it at all. Especially if it makes you uncomfy. Yeah it's odd when it gets to P-Bots daily picks but all I can say is oh well and move on.

To be fair, its not like there aren't users who innapropriately rate their content or do something to push the boundaries on what is acceptable in an M rating either.

Here's a nuance that minors do not understand. If it bothers you so much and you have to bother adults about it in a room where its accepted, then are you really complaining because you are uncomfortable or are you just seeking attention after the fact that people offered you the most basic of all solutions by not looking at it and ignoring?

No one is obligated to listen to the people who are uncomfortable if all they're going to do is constantly complain about it in places where its socially acceptable to host adult content. Regardless of whom they are. Thats far different than someone going out of their way to make any one feel unconfortable via innapropriate communication.

I know I gave you a (somewhat related) hard time in the P-Bots earlier, but I always try to give credit where it's due.

1. I really appreciate you taking my half joking advice to take topics like this to the BBS and it's good to see you getting positive (which is not the same as completely approving) engagement.
2. I have to salute you on your mature attitude. There are people almost three times your age who struggle to live and let live. Salute.

My honest respect leaves me with an emotional conundrum though. As you pointed out to me earlier, lately threads that discuss pornography have been re-rated 'A' for seemingly no other reason. Again, while I love the engagement you're getting... the idea someone only half paying attention might lock you out of your own thread is frankly hilarious. I don't even know what to root for. My soul is in ironic superposition.

i agree with not rating high with submissions that make you uncomfortable, but you should NEVER rate 0 or 1. these are blams, and basically can get the video unfairly sent to the obituaries which is something we dont do (obviously, unless the video itself is animated like dogshit then go wild). rate it a 2 at best and if the M rated videos really get under your skin, theres no other choice but to just disable M rated videos using the filter.

unfortunately (or fortunately for those who l ike to spank the monkey sometimes), the site isnt gonna declare an all-time war against suggestive videos because in the end the site was always meant to be edgy, something something, just basically not kid-friendly (basically youtube but everyone here is sane, well most people). and the fact this site is made up of 50% people over 18, 25% edgelords, 25% toddlers who chew on bricks and get their movies blamm ed

While there is nothing inherently wrong with blamming in of itself in context to what we're talking about here I'm assuming it comes down to the reason why we blam something.

Personally... if I'm going to blam something then my reasoning comes down to three things: Quality of the work, the methods and execution of creation, and the behavior and attitude of the creator.

Nothing about that involves the rating of said art, movie, game, song, etc. Just because someone decided to make jiggly-wiggly art with all the lovely moist bits doesn't make it a bad piece of we're talking on technical skill.

I don't mean to be a buzzkill but you shouldn't be looking at A or M-rated content in the first place since you're underaged.

In case you're not going out of your way to find content you shouldn't be watching, I know sometimes people will leave their porn on an E-rating when uploading it to the portal, in which case you should flag it for an improper rating. Vote zero if you want though. Unless it's just some flipaclip animation of stick figures humping it's gonna pass anyway. The cumbrains will vote 5 on anything pornographic.

This feature only applies to A rated content once account's age turns 18, if I'm not mistaken.

Because NG is the place for ethical gooning. It’s the last place that has Anti AI protections, which is why most A rated stuff is on the Fromt page.
